DL-H1, derived from DL-H, born with the intention to allow all the producers to have an assembled frame of high quality at a reasonable price.
With this machine is possible to assemble in automatic, using hot-melt glue EVA, doors frame in chipboard, wood or MDF, with honeycomb, lock and hinges insertion.
This way allows to get at the output of the line a stable composition, perfectly plane, ready to be directly inserted in line for other successive wood-working.
All the processes that take to the final composition are carried out by DL-H1 in automatic way, while for the sizechangeovers is possible to choose the level of automation according to the customers needs.
